Job summary

ITC Holdings Corp is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to schedule outbound and inbound deliveries across multiple warehouses and field sites in Michigan. The role requires 2+ years in a related field, familiarity with fleet management tools like Geotab, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of two years in a business-related field.
• Utility experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems (Geotab) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong time management, especially during peak workloads.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship by ITC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily/weekly outbound deliveries from warehouses.
• Maintain all activities in the work management system.
• Interface with field operations on delivery requests and concerns.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries to all warehouses.
• Obtain oversized permits and ensure DOT compliance.
• Review and report last minute deliveries.
• Address inbound delivery issues with Supply Chain and vendors.
• Monitor movement of mats and equipment for projects.
• Create driver safety scorecards and fleet activity reports.
