Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or business with emphasis in accounting.
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience; 3–5 years in general accounting support preferred (AP/AR).
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and report on financial data.
• Project accounting data to assess impacts on capital investments, income, cash flow and financials.
• Prepare reports using SAP and Excel; maintain accounting records and statements.
• Assist Controller and handle daily accounts with accounting software; process AP paperwork.
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules; manage PO processing and expense review.
