Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smart scheduling and freight pricing recommendations to maximize truck capacity and improve delivery times.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Address and resolve logistics-related issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and drive technology adoption (Trux) to optimize performance.
