Job summary

Allied Universal, Oceanside, CA, is seeking a Security Officer Logistic Facility Patrol to safeguard a busy distribution location. In this role you will monitor access points, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

You will engage with employees and visitors, providing professional customer service and adhering to site procedures. Position is full-time with a fixed schedule at a busy logistics site.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience or more.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, vehicle entrances, loading areas, and trailer activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations per policy.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify anomalies.
• Assist with maintaining orderly traffic flow for vehicles and pedestrians.
