Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an ILE Launch and Execution Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for material handling, workflow optimization, and workplace integration across assembly shops. You will drive PFEP data management, EBOM alignment, and supplier logistics coordination while overseeing budgets for logistics engineering equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years in material flow planning, facilities and equipment design, and new model launch execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years in material flow planning, facilities and equipment design, and launch ramp-up.
• Experience with contractor/vendor management and program management including financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–20 team members (direct Stellantis and purchased service).
• Develop and execute material flow strategies, PFEP data, EBOM alignment, and supplier logistics coordination.
• Oversee workplace integration, layout engineering, station layouts, and kit cell design.
• Approve packaging solutions, equipment selection, and field readiness for pilot/launch.
• Manage facilities and equipment engineering budgets, procurement, and facility readiness for ICT and automated logistics equipment.
• Support dock analysis, space planning, and 3rd party logistics coordination.
• Deliver program updates to steering committees and ensure launch readiness.
