Job summary

Stellantisfinancialservices is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead technical program management across one or more vehicle lines, serving as the primary liaison between the design team and cross-functional areas including vehicle program management, engineering, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include driving program execution from development through end-of-life, ensuring cost, weight, timing, and quality targets, and coordinating with suppliers and launch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related engineering field.
• 7+ years in automotive engineering, product development, or program management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and development cycles.
• Experience with issue resolution, change management, and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency with CAD (CATIA, NX), PLM (Teamcenter), and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and support onsite launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical program execution from development through end-of-life.
• Ensure systems meet function, cost, weight, timing, and quality targets.
• Lead resolution of engineering and quality issues across program phases.
• Provide hands-on support for bulletin responses and related activities.
• Act as a visible member of the launch team, supporting plant development.
• Define and communicate the vehicle development plan.
• Release specifications to suppliers and manage design change requests.
• Post-launch warranty performance initiatives and warranty tables.
• Champion cost-saving initiatives through value optimization.
