You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain teams to define parameters, plan processes, and implement improvements while aligning with Caterpillar Production System and SAP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
• Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to run operations for effective material movement.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques to meet needs.
• Knowledge of approaches and tools for solving operational or process problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound material flow to ensure timely movement along the material flow path.
• Ensure material is received, stored, or delivered safely and efficiently to POU (Point-of-Use).
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain to define parameters and develop improvement plans.
• Plan inventory transfer and rearrangement to optimize workflows.
• Maintain logistics process engineering standards and ensure implementation in operations.
• Collaborate with team members across supply chain and shop/office environments.
