Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Logistics Engineer to improve material flow at our Fountain Inn manufacturing facility. You will play a critical role in driving Lean production principles, manage logistics operations including warehousing and shipping, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with integrated warehousing and shipping operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean production systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience leading or supporting improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize material flow from receiving through production and shipping.
• Support capacity planning, line-side logistics, and space utilization.
• Track and report KPIs related to logistics performance.
