Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics Alabama is seeking a results-driven professional to lead Lean initiatives across Engineering, Maintenance, and Innovations. The role requires coordinating lean projects, developing efficient layouts and information flows, and supporting continuous improvement aligned with customer requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in Lean management, and 5 years in engineering or logistics planning, with proven leadership and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Lean management experience, ~2+ years.
• Engineering/Planning of Logistics processes, ~5 years.
• Team leading, ~2 years.
• Budget and administration, ~2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct Lean projects within the business unit.
• Develop layouts, material and information flows to meet customer requirements.
• Provide monthly movement quantities for invoicing and track KPI development.
• Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives across departments.
• Coach Leadership in Lean Processes and enforce Lean culture.
