Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mathematics, statistics, information management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, with 1 year IE or related field experience.
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Solve complex problems using data, modeling, and engineering principles.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to understand needs and deliver value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions on tight timelines.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop metrics and reporting to measure impact and drive decision-making.
• Apply industrial engineering and operations research techniques (routing, scheduling, optimization).
• Quantify and communicate project results, including cost savings and performance improvements.
