Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in San Leandro, CA. You will ensure paperwork matches parts and tooling, and that items are properly packed and documented for delivery.

You will log inventory movements, participate in regular counts, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety standards. Strong English communication and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, storing and issuing inventory per production needs.
• Ability to log into computer systems and record material movements.
• Basic math skills and ability to read shipping papers and instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare items for shipment and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain organized stock and perform periodic inventory counts.
• Operate measuring devices and cartons as required.
