Responsibilities

• Verify that paperwork is correct and complete.
• Verify accompanying documentation such as inspection documents, test bars, and x-ray films.
• Ensure shipment contents match shipping/inspection documents (quantities, serial numbers, etc.).
• Package castings per customer specs with appropriate packing materials.
• Assemble wooden crates and prepare packing slips, bills of lading, and air bills.
• Coordinate with carriers, arrange rush shipments, and use forklift to move parts.
