Job summary

The Imagine Group, a Minnesota-based visual communications company, is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for our Shakopee facility. This onsite position coordinates movement of products from production through final delivery, working with production, warehouse, transportation and customer service to ensure accuracy and on‑time performance.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. You will prepare shipping documents, track shipments, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements to boost

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics partners.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, labels, and records.
• Verify quantities, packaging, and shipment accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Monitor shipment status and provide tracking updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping, transportation, and invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to fulfill orders.
• Operate shipping software and carrier systems to process shipments.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
