Responsibilities

• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping details, delays and other post-order information.
• Check delivery tickets for changes or errors and submit completed BOLs.
• Coordinate deliveries to maximize truck capacity and efficiency.
• Dispatch drivers with complete instructions and monitor DOT hours.
• Assist Facility Manager and manage Intelex reporting system.
• Collaborate with sales, shipping, warehouse and carriers to expedit e shipments.
