Job summary

Brenntag Pacific is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Liverpool, NY to support the Branch Operations Manager and streamline daily warehouse and logistics tasks. You will handle orders in the BUS system, coordinate with Purchasing and Key Account teams, and ensure accurate product codes, batches, SDS and COA data.

Forklift experience and strong Excel skills are essential. Applicants should have a high school diploma (GED) with 2 years of related experience; a 4-year degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Proficient in Excel and BUS system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Operations Manager to keep the department running smoothly.
• Create and receive orders in the BUS for designated raw materials.
• Verify product, freight costs and delivery date.
• Dispatch Brenntag drivers and preferred carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Assign trailers for loading and deliveries with correct products and quantities.
• Operate a forklift & spotter truck.
• Loading and unloading trucks; offloading rail cars.
• Elevate supply and demand issues to assist resolution.
• Represent Brenntag Pacific professionally.
• Attend required training and perform other production & warehouse duties.
