Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to support the Norman, OK and Wichita, KS locations by coordinating outbound shipments and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies. You will work with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, prior US/MX customs experience, and proficiency in SAP VT02N and OTM. A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide status updates and resolve shipping issues with drivers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations and SAP/OTM entries.

Job Description

Under the general direction of the L&D Manager, the Logistics Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the Norman OK and Wichita KS PCDC locations by coordinating the outbound shipments in compliance with all internal, Transportation, legal and customs policies or regulations.

• Responsible to schedule outbound shipments with Shipping and Carriers
• Control/Maintain the drop trailers inventory
• Maintain clear and open communication with drivers and other departments to ensure the timely delivery and address any issues.
• Ensure the timely placement of empty trailers to be loaded.
• Monitor the status of shipments scheduled and resolve any problems may arise during the process.
• Ensure trailers are picked up the same day of these were scheduled.
• Provide updates of shipments status and resolve any internal customer concern.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable internal, local, state and federal regulations related transportation.
• Maintain Accurate Check in Planning and Execution dates in SAP VT02N.
• Ensure on time delivery and monitoring information is updated in OTM/SAP.
• Coordinate non OTM shipments and expedites required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Strong English/Spanish highly preferred
• Experience with US and MX Customs Import & Export.
• Solid Knowledge with International and Domestic shipping experience
• Communication Skills, capable to create good inter-functional rapport.
• Effective analytical and problem-Solving skills
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Effective organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work.
• Acknowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
