Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking a Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to support drivers and customer service by coordinating pickups, schedules, and route changes. You will interface with clients, peers, and managers to ensure efficient operations.

The role emphasizes problem solving, accurate documentation, and proactive communications to keep daily routes balanced and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Skills to use or quickly learn Salesforce CRM, JJ Keller, Atlas routing software.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with problems or issues as they arise.
• Communicate driver issues with Customer Service and Transportation Supervisor.
• Assist Customer Service with route changes and pickups/reschedules.
• Provide highest level of customer service aligned with Customer 1st objectives.
• Monitor and escalate Salesforce cases to supervisor.
• Assist walk-in customers and transportation staff.
• Review routes daily and prepare manifests and load sheets.
