Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Dispatcher at our Greensboro, NC branch to coordinate drivers, routes, and deliveries, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong customer service. This fast-paced role requires proactive problem-solving, map-reading skills, and effective communication with drivers, customers, and sales teams.

The position calls for bilingual Spanish preferred, data-entry proficiency, and familiarity with DOT dispatch software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatching & Logistics Management: schedule and dispatch delivery crews efficiently.
• Logistics Oversight: verify truck pre-delivery materials and monitor labor costs.
• Communication & Service: maintain customer relationships and update delivery statuses.
• Miscellaneous: uphold safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and company values.
• Attend required meetings related to deliveries and company operations.
