Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions, delays, or disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize efficiency.
• Track and resolve missed deliveries, delivery exceptions, and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare and submit delivery manifests, route documentation, and stop records on time.
• Maintain records supporting contractor settlements and delivery performance.
• Communicate route changes and priorities to drivers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
