Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, freight coordination, and logistics planning.
• Ability to lead, schedule, supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse and logistics team members while promoting accountability and consistent performance expectations.
• Working knowledge of SOPs, safety, compliance, and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, labor, inventory records, damage reports, vendor invoices, and process performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise warehouse personnel.
• Control and maintain warehouse equipment and materials.
• Supervise loading/receiving of all shipments and inspect shipments for damage.
• Produce damage and client inventory reports and maintain rental inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date shipping records and verify shipments per packing lists.
• Control input of inventories and disposition of storage.
• Track labor per job and submit reports for billing/verification.
• Measure and report SOP performance; adjust procedures for better accuracy.
• Review vendor invoices ordered by this department.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and provide a productive environment.
• Develop and implement strategic logistic planning for all Exhibitus projects.
• Coordinate logistic show planning with Account and Project Managers.
• Mentor junior team members and support career development.
