TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks an SME Management Analyst / Supply Systems Specialist to provide advanced expertise in NESSS-based logistics data and Coast Guard supply management.

The role involves analyzing data, validating material requirements, and supporting modernization of supply and finance system data. The candidate will collaborate with SFLC and Coast Guard stakeholders to resolve logistics, data-related issues and to ensure compliance with Coast Guard standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Coast Guard logistics data and Sector Allowancing practices.
• Experience interpreting management codes, supply data, configuration data, and material demand.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills tailored to logistics data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level support for Coast Guard logistics data, supply management, and Sector Allowancing processes.
• Review and interpret inventory item management codes within NESSS.
• Analyze configuration data, item usage, and supply records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Develop, review, update, and validate Sector allowance levels for material within NESSS.
• Identify obsolete or excess material and recommend disposal actions.
• Validate Coast Guard material demand within NESSS to support operational readiness.
• Collaborate with SFLC Asset Logistics Division and Coast Guard personnel to resolve logistics and data issues.
• Provide SME input on data system modernization projects for supply/finance systems.
