Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior office experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and web-based software applications; capable of data entry.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and office operations; ability to verify information and communicate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard and routine data in software systems and applications.
• Update logs, documents, and files to track operational, carrier and customer information.
• Receive and review documents for accuracy (dates, times, location, counts).
• Respond to basic internal and external customer questions on status; escalate complex needs as required.
• Print and prepare forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents for timely processing.
• Assist with tracking orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources.
• Perform basic office clerical duties such as mail sorting, logs, and answering phones.
