Job summary

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a Business Analyst to develop a world-class logistics process and support end-to-end transportation improvements. You will mine data, build dashboards, and automate reporting to help drive cost efficiency and on-time delivery across the Amazon network.

You will collaborate with Fulfillment, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, and carriers to reduce defects and deliver insights that inform cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience defining requirements and using data to draw business insights.
• Experience with SQL or ETL.

Responsibilities

• Generate/extract data from BI databases to support dive deep activities.
• Prioritize, optimize and deliver timely updates for metrics.
• Automate reports and tools with SQL and Excel.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven insights.
• Uncover trends through data mining and analysis to improve decisions.
• Build dashboards and tools for self-service data access by cross-functional teams.
