Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• 1+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience.
• Knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities

• Execute data management processes including accessing raw data feeds, building queries, writing code, organizing data, and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for business performance
• Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems to design and implement reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to make effective decisions
• Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness with support for complex data quality issues
• Build and maintain KPIs following team standards and best practices, monitoring existing metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
• Identify and propose improvements to customer experience and operational processes, implementing approved changes with team support
