Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry related to both incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments into internal tracking systems.
• Organize and file all hard-copy paperwork, including bills of lading (bols) and shipping manifests.
• Assist with light physical tasks such as sorting parcels, applying labels, and moving small items using hand carts.
• Print tracking labels for outbound packages and apply internal labels to incoming materials.
• Quickly learn receiving and shipping procedures during each short-term mandate.
