Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Logistics Data Analyst to drive analytics and systems projects that improve service, cost, productivity, and visibility across the supply chain. You’ll translate operational problems into data-driven solutions and guide cross-functional delivery to ensure adoption.

Lead responsibilities include defining requirements, validating data integrity, developing SQL queries and Tableau dashboards, and partnering with ERP/WMS/TMS teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in logistics or integrated supply chain operations, analytics, or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS data and processes.
• Hands-on SQL experience and ability to build dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tool.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics analytics and systems projects from problem definition through delivery, testing, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Act as logistics process SME for transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, and related handoffs.
• Partner with ERP, WMS, TMS, IT, and Finance to define requirements and ensure data integrity.
