Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Manager to optimize global logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations for the Process Technology group.

You will lead transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver world-class service at optimal cost across NA, EMEA, and APAC. You will report to the Senior Director of Logistics and operate in a hybrid environment across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in transportation logistics and warehouse operations or supply chain management for a manufacturing shipper.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Expertise in using SAP TM, EWM, and MM, TMS, and data analytics platforms to drive decision-making.
• Proven logistics transformation experience, leading large complex projects globally and driving change across the enterprise.
• Direct warehouse/distribution and transportation operations experience across multi-site and complex logistics networks and all road modes.
• Demonstrated track record achieving operational excellence in warehouse/distribution and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive breakthrough process improvements in transportation and warehousing to optimize costs and delivery service.
• Lead enterprise logistics transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead network modeling to define optimal warehouse footprint globally.
• Develop logistics strategies and roadmaps and drive implementation.
• Drive domestic road carrier delivery performance improvement across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Identify and execute transportation and warehouse cost-out projects.
• Drive on-time Post Goods Issue execution across 3PL and site warehouses.
• Lead SAP-based analyses for transportation and warehousing across regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including 4PL/3PL to drive improvements.
• Ensure carrier route guide compliance and carrier acceptance across modes.
