Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or analytics plus 2+ years in logistics or distribution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methods.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data via SQL Server to create spreadsheets and reports.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Maintain KPI reports related to supply chain and distribution.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and cost savings.
• Identify bottlenecks in warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
• Support WMS and TMS implementations and optimizations.
• Schedule orders daily in WMS and monitor deliveries.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics with goals.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers to optimize costs.
