Amazon Logistics (AMZL) seeks an analytics-driven professional to identify, develop and integrate innovative solutions for the last mile delivery network. This role leads the development and execution of worldwide transportation initiatives to improve efficiency and meet growing capacity demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and maintenance of solution artifacts focused on driving efficiency via analysis, metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting, and process improvements.
• Enable decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable formats.
• Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior management on progress and roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated systems and dashboards to support business needs.
