This role focuses on problem-solving and process improvement and is a key part of growing our business.The Outbound Transportation Team, a subdivision of our Logistics Department, focuses on strengthening the outbound transportation link in the supply chain through cost optimization, efficient processes, and a focus on the customer experience.The Data Analytics team within Outbound Transportation serves to drive decision-making throughout the department and company by an effective use of both data and business analysis. The team fosters collaboration and aims to also empower our stakeholders through focused reporting and by promoting continuous education. Our goal is to optimize processes and empower others to make data-driven decisions. The team focuses on innovating through creative solutions, transparent and quality data in a timely manner that outpaces the needs of the business.### Remote Work Qualifications* Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.* Access to a home router and modem.* A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
