Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst II to support data analytics across the Logistics & Fulfillment organization. You will mine data, develop BI solutions, and create standardized reporting to deliver actionable insights for SQDCG goals.

The role sits in the Data & Analytics team and reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics. Hybrid work model with on-site requirements and some remote work, up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in logistics operations or analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python/Java.
• General knowledge of logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Familiarity with transportation modes (TL/LTL/Ocean/Air/Small Package).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using data to measure and act on KPIs.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis to inform logistics and fulfillment decisions.
• Create descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive reporting from structured and unstructured data.
• Maintain metrics to assess performance across SQDCG (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth).
• Develop and standardize data visualization dashboards.
• Provide training to end users on reporting tools.
• Communicate scenarios and trade-offs to support business needs.
• Identify KPIs aligned with organizational priorities and design dashboards to track them.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs as appropriate.
• Balance competing priorities to maintain momentum and ROI.
