Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp seeks a Logistics Business Analyst II to support data analytics for Logistics & Fulfillment. The role focuses on data mining, reporting, and BI solutions to drive insights across SQDCG.

You will join the Data & Analytics team under the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, and collaborate across functions to deliver standardized analyses and dashboards. You will work in a hybrid model with onsite presence at a Regal Rexnord location and partial remote flexibility, contributing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics operations or analytics.
• Familiar with multiple programming languages (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, C++).
• Power BI experience to create intuitive dashboards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis for Logistics & Fulfillment to drive timely decisions.
• Create reporting using structured/unstructured data for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights.
• Maintain and analyze metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG).
• Develop standardized data visualization and train end users on reporting tools.
• Provide actionable scenario analysis and communicate trade-offs to meet business needs.
• Identify KPIs aligned with organizational priorities and design dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs as appropriate.
• Balance competing priorities to maintain momentum and ROI on initiatives.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
