Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Business Analyst II to support data analytics for Logistics & Fulfillment. You’ll mine data, build BI solutions, and create standardized reporting to give leaders actionable insights for SQDCG decisions.

You’ll work with the Data & Analytics team under the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, with opportunities to influence strategy. You will develop dashboards, publish KPIs, and train end users while collaborating across teams to improve safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics analytics or operations.
• Proficient in SQL and Power BI for dashboards.
• Experience with data mining, reporting and KPIs.
• Knowledge of transportation modes and logistics ops.
• Proficient with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support logistics and fulfillment decisions.
• Create descriptive, diagnostic, predictive dashboards.
• Maintain metrics and KPIs across SQDCG areas.
• Develop standardized data visualization practices.
• Train users to leverage reporting tools effectively.
• Perform scenario analysis and communicate trade-offs.
• Identify KPIs aligned with business priorities.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly KPIs.
• Balance multiple priorities to deliver ROI.
