Job summary

National Security Agency in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Logistics Customer Service Representative at entry to mid level. You will serve as a customer contact, resolve complaints, and document deliveries and property within a busy logistics setting.

Salary ranges from $35,048 to $91,815 depending on education and experience. Work is full-time, Mon-Fri, with shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A two-year DCIPS trial period applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum acceptable qualifications include a degree in Business, Logistics, or Facilities Management.
• Relevant experience must include customer service and working in a logistics environment (e.g., material disposal, property accountability, cargo movement, mail handling, transportation services, or travel program administration).
• Entry is with a high school diploma or GED; Developmental/Full Performance requires higher education or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate resolution status.
• Record deliveries and accountable property; manage and update databases.
• Coordinate with teams and assist coworkers as needed.
