Job summary

MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the CS team, drive on-time delivery, and coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, and Sales. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with relevant experience considered.
• 5–7 years in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with customer portals, EDI and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, warehousing and material handling operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production and customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through effective control processes and cycle counts.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation for on-time deliveries and cost-effective freight.
• Develop, coach and lead logistics team members to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing and other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify and eliminate warehousing, transportation and material handling inefficiencies.
• Manage logistics resources, equipment and space utilization.
• Support new product launches and business growth through logistics planning.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory and delivery discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and communicate logistics performance reports to leadership.
