Job summary

Logan Premium Logistics is actively seeking a Customer Sales Representative to proactively grow our client base and deepen relationships with current customers. This onsite role in Burr Ridge, IL offers a path to hybrid/remote work after performance milestones are reached.

You will drive pipeline through cold outreach, educate customers about transportation offerings, and deliver exceptional service to build trust and expand our footprint in the logistics space.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
• Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
• Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business.
• Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
• Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers.
• Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers.
