Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative I to support inbound and outbound customer calls for our Shipping Solution. You will assist clients with shipping needs, provide service excellence, and follow security procedures in all operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm CST with Saturday coverage as needed, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a technology-driven company.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
• Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries per service standards and SOPs, delivering exceptional service.
• Troubleshoot customer system issues to identify appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with services such as small parcel shipping, transit insurance, and AML compliance; train new customers on online services.
• Correct and submit carrier supply orders for clients.
• Onboard new customers with navigation training for the online shipping platform and address immediate questions.
• Communicate with carriers and clients via email to resolve inquiries and open investigations on missing packages.
• Recreate customer system issues to find effective resolutions and monitor the shipping inbox.
