Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and five years in customer service or equivalent experience.
• Five years in inventory planning and coordination.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end from entry to shipment.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
• Track inventory and coordinate logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Serve as liaison between ENTEK and customers to resolve issues.
