Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in California to manage outbound orders, update receiving logs, and handle invoicing for storage and charges. You will resolve client inquiries and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
• High school education required.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Software (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders for warehouse picking and shipping.
• Update the warehouse system with all goods received.
• Ensure invoicing of storage, inbound/outbound charges, and additional charges.
• Answer, screen, and resolve client issues and manage incoming queries.
• Track and verify truck locations before delivery.
• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and drivers regarding delays and updates.
• Manage customer orders in the warehouse system.
• Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings, and pallet counts on active loads.
