Job summary

NRI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Support and Training in Ontario, CA. You will own shipments for pick-ups and deliveries and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external parties.

The role also trains and supports the routing team, ensuring SOPs are current and maintained in SharePoint while assisting with audits and chargeback reviews. The ideal candidate can multitask, communicate across all levels, and work independently in a dynamic, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
• Comfortable learning TMS carrier systems and WMS.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Works with Vendor Compliance processes to ensure shipments follow policies.
• Provide training and support to the routing team in each facility.
• Create TMS portal credentials and maintain on SharePoint.
• Update retailer routing guides on SharePoint.
• Resolve training gaps to minimize routing errors and chargebacks.
• Maintain routing WMS/TMS SOPs and summaries.
