Magna Exteriors in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare paperwork for domestic and export shipments, verify documents, and coordinate carrier pickups. You will input data into the system, monitor ASNs, and file claims as needed, while maintaining a neat, compliant work area.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, good communication and math skills, and willingness to work OT and weekends. Experience with AIM is a plus and 401(k) with match is offered.

• Requires high school diploma or GED; AS degree preferred.
• Good communication, math, and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Receives all incoming parts and materials and completes paperwork.
• Verifies packing lists and manifests.
• Inputs data into computer systems and prepares distribution documents.
• Originates and distributes Defective Material Reports as needed.
• Disperses parts to assigned areas and maintains SDS records.
• Prepares shipping documents for domestic and export shipments.
• Sets up carriers for shipment pickup and coordinates with trucking companies.
• Monitors ASN status in customer software and takes action if needed.
• Files carrier claims and maintains filing systems.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and supports department meetings.
