Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the USA (Bensenville, IL) to oversee the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure shipments meet timelines, budgets, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
Resolve issues such as delays, damages, and lost shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions.
Monitor transportation costs and work to minimize expenses.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
