Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation or logistics company is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs docs.
• Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
• Resolve issues during shipping, including delays, damages, and lost shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions.
• Monitor transportation costs and seek to minimize expenses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
