The position emphasizes planning inbound/outbound shipments, communicating with customers and account managers, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong proficiency with logistics and supply chain management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle the flow of information and data securely and confidential.
• Data entry and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate shipment status with customers through email and phone.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies in real time.
• Communicate with account managers and operations team as needed.
• Input accurate shipment updates into multiple systems.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed logistics documentation and reporting.
• Complying with all company, local, state and federal transportation regulations.
• Interface daily with customer service teams to work on order management and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate existing logistical procedures and refine them for great efficiency.
