Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and customs documentation.
• Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
• Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions.
• Monitor transportation costs and seek cost reductions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
