Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred in related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, receiving, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet requirements.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, labels).
• Monitor shipments and communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain shipment records and provide status updates.
• Support freight cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
