Job summary

Applied Innovation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our Distribution Center operations, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will coordinate deliveries, equipment moves, pickups, and invoicing while maintaining an accurate delivery calendar and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
Ability to coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer equipment deliveries and ensure accurate, efficient scheduling.
Coordinate and invoice equipment moves and copier pickups across locations.
Schedule, monitor, and track delivery orders for timely completion.
Monitor orders in E Auto and OnBase and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding schedules and pickups.
Maintain detailed paperwork and documentation for deliveries and invoicing.
Identify and resolve scheduling issues and delays proactively.
Provide support to the Logistics Manager and DC team as needed.
