Wisenbaker Builder Services seeks a Logistics Coordinator to ensure the efficient flow of finished products from manufacturing to customers. You will coordinate transportation schedules, support shipping operations, and maintain accurate logistics documentation to help achieve on-time deliveries and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, warehouse coordination, customer service, or manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing or building products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments and transportation schedules.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and appointment times.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, scheduling, and shipping teams to prepare orders for shipment.
• Track shipments from departure through delivery and communicate delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, bills of lading, and freight records.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, damaged freight, and transportation claims.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP, WMS, and transportation management systems.
