Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure on-time outbound flow of goods.

You will support shipping, planning, sales and operations, scheduling truckloads, creating AWB/BOLs, and coordinating with export compliance to ensure shipments meet requirements. You will work with project managers and quality teams to prepare products for shipment, handle inquiries, and participate in monthly close-out activities while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Access).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Crane and forklift experience preferred.
Experience with ERP / MRP systems such as SAP preferred.
Previous experience with the online systems of FedEx, UPS and other carriers is desired.
May be required to lift or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Schedule truckloads and LTL shipments.
Create AWB and BOLs for FedEx, UPS, DHL & any required trucking companies.
Work with export compliance to ensure exports ship correctly.
Collaborate with project managers, planners and quality to ensure product is prepared to ship.
Assist with shipping inquiries and close-out activities.
Follow exporting requirements including filing EEI's.
Create monthly shipping plans and track progress.
Keep accurate records for audits.
Attend production meetings to provide shipment updates.
