Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I in Lookout Valley, TN to orchestrate inbound/outbound activities, plan shipments, and manage distribution processes. You will act as the main customer service liaison, ensuring accurate orders and timely deliveries while maintaining inventory control and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in warehousing or DOT-related environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound, planning and distribution processes.
• Maintain inventory levels and report to leadership.
• Serve as a central communication hub between customers and carriers.
• Receive orders, check availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Execute daily load planning and routing using WMS.
• Communicate inventory, scheduling, and delivery requirements.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
